Jithesh earned his Organisation Development spurs at XLRI, TISS and ISABS. He has 25 years of work experience, serving a range of enterprises in various sectors, behind him. A keen student of human behaviours and technology applications to maximise enterprise success, he is also a certified Neuro-Leadership Coach and Applied Behaviours practitioner. His energy is focussed on creating the best-in-class products and technology applications to help our customers revive, survive, and thrive.
Shijin Sreeraman
CO- FOUNDER, CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Studied IT at college and later pursued OD for his post-graduation at TISS and topped it with Culture-OD from ISABS. Having learnt through his work with Global Corporations for more than 10 years, Shijin’s forte is Program Management and Customer Experience.
Shweta Agrawal
CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
A Computer Science Engineer from IIT -Dhn with Masters in HR from SCMHRD and OD at TISS. Having worked for 10 years with top MNCs, she brings a keen understanding of technology and people processes to our work. Her eye for detail ensures that our engineers and product specialists don’t miss out anything that will add value to our customers.
Binno Joseph
CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF TRANSFORMATION OFFICER
With 25 years of work experience, at Marquee International Organisations, Binno is our senior statesman. He is an engineer and completed his Post Graduate degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur and is a certified Leadership Coach. Our inhouse performance engineer, Binno works with our Alliance partners and builds Organisational Capability – both talent resources and network resources to build our organisation to support our customers succeed exponentially on their enterprise journeys

PRESIDENT- TECHNOLOGY, TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECT & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Shinoy has 25+ years in Software Development, Delivery, Program Management, Project Management at AMDOCS, Excelacom etc. in India and Overseas. He leads the technology team and develops the software which is at the core of our products and offerings for our customers, teams, co creating with our partners, meticulously charting out the rollout programs and works relentlessly to deliver delight to our customers.
Nilanjan Maiti
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
With 16+ Years of experience in managing revenue for Marquee Indian organization and Start-ups, in the domain of Internet technologies, SaaS, IT services, education, and E-commerce. BIT from IGNOU and an Executive Program from IIM Kolkata, Nilanjan is the Goto guy and is exceptional with managing Sales, Business development, Marketing and Fund Raising.
